Blowing snow created very icy conditions in the St. Louis region on Sunday. Several accidents and spinouts on I-64 at Shiloh, IL are caught on tape, including a serious tractor trailer/car crash. This video is available for viewing at the CBS News web site and is currently airing nationwide on several outlets including CBS, ABC Good Morning America and The Weather Channel.
